By purchasing or using KinLinQ courses, materials, or subscriptions, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Services
   KinLinQ provides educational course materials, study resources, and subscription-based access to online content.
2. Subscription Billing
   Some products are billed on a recurring basis. The course Premium plan is renewed automatically unless canceled before renewal.
3. Access
   Access is granted only to the individual purchaser. Sharing login credentials, distributing materials, copying content, recording content, or redistributing materials is prohibited.
4. No Refund Policy
   All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. No refunds will be issued after purchase.
5. Cancellation
   You may cancel future renewals before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund past charges.
6. Intellectual Property
   All course materials, PDFs, notes, videos, quizzes, and content are the property of KinLinQ and may not be copied, shared, reproduced, recorded, screenshotted for redistribution, or resold.
7. Account Use
   You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We may suspend or terminate access if we detect unauthorized sharing, abuse, or violation of these terms.
8. Disclaimer
   KinLinQ provides educational content for study purposes. We do not guarantee exam outcomes, licensure, or professional results.
