KinLinQ provides non-clinical administrative support for prior authorization, appeal, payer follow-up, documentation, and specialty medication access workflows.
KinLinQ may assist clinics, provider offices, and healthcare organizations with administrative tasks such as documentation organization, payer or PBM follow-up, case tracking, appeal packet organization, and workflow communication support.
KinLinQ does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, dispensing, medication management, medication therapy management, clinical decision-making, or medication recommendations.
No Clinical Services
KinLinQ does not make clinical decisions.
KinLinQ does not determine whether any medication, treatment, service, or therapy should be started, stopped, changed, approved, denied, or appealed.
All clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the licensed provider, clinic, and healthcare team.
All payer coverage decisions, approvals, denials, payments, and final determinations remain the responsibility of the payer, insurance plan, PBM, or applicable reviewing entity.
No Guarantee
KinLinQ does not guarantee approval, coverage, payment, treatment access, turnaround time, or any specific outcome.
User Responsibilities
You agree that:
- You are authorized to communicate with KinLinQ on behalf of the clinic, provider office, healthcare organization, or applicable party you represent.
- Information submitted to KinLinQ is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- You will limit shared information to what is necessary for administrative support.
- You will not use KinLinQ for emergencies or urgent medical concerns.
- You remain responsible for confirming all clinical, payer, documentation, and workflow decisions with the appropriate licensed professionals, clinic staff, payer, PBM, or responsible organization.
Information Shared With KinLinQ
By submitting information to KinLinQ, you authorize KinLinQ to use that information only to provide administrative support, communicate about your request, and perform related operational functions.
KinLinQ may retain or delete submitted information according to operational, legal, security, or compliance needs.
Communications
By providing your email address, phone number, or other contact information, you authorize KinLinQ to contact you regarding your request, including email, phone, or SMS/text messages when applicable. Standard messaging and data rates may apply.
Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, text, graphics, forms, and materials are owned by KinLinQ unless otherwise stated and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
Limitation of Liability
